Head of the Future bloc in Parliament MP Saad Rafic Hariri expressed hope that Syria will cooperate with United Nations investigator Mr. Detlev Mehlis, following talks with Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt in Paris. The meeting at Mr. Saad’s place of residence in the French capital was also attended by Minister Marwan Hamadeh and Minister Ghazi Aridi.

Discussions between MP Jumblatt and MP Hariri focused on the ongoing international probe into the February assassination of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, which was commissioned by the UN Security Council.
