The former President of the Lebanese community in Australia Mr. Omar Yassin reaffirmed the community’s support of assassinated Prime Minister Rafic Hariri’s legacy, led by head of the Future bloc in Parliament MP Saad Rafic Hariri, at a meeting in Koreitem. Mr. Yassin also backed calls for the resignation of President Emile Lahoud.

Earlier, MP Hariri received a Kuwaiti delegation led by the director general of the Aref investment company Mr. Ali al-Zameeh, and the director general of the Al-Mowasat group Mr. Salah al-Wazzan, in the presence of MP Samir al-Jissr. Discussions focused on the conditions of the Tripoli Hospital.
